William A. Randolph, 78, died at his residence in Hamilton late Wednesday evening.
He was born January 16, 1903 in Corvallis to the late Thomas & Annie Caples Randolph.
He was raised and educated in the Corvallis School. He married Lorna Severns in Missoula on Feb. 6, 1925.
He worked in the Corvallis Garage for a number of years. Later he went to work for the Ravalli County Road Department and worked there until he retired.
He was a life time member of the Corvallis volunteer Fire Department.
He was preceded in death by his son Richard in December of 1973.
Surviving include his wife; 3 grandchildren, Carol Fulbright of Victor, Richard Randolph of Evanston, Wyo., and Tom Randolph of Billings; 5 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Bessie Severns of Hamilton and 1 brother, Ernie Randolph of Kalispell.
The family suggest memorials to the Yellowstone Boys Ranch or contributor’s choice.
